How to Use the Fast Crab Peeler

HOW TO PEEL A CRAB WITH OUR FAST CRAB UNIT

STEP #1
Remove the claws. To do so grab the claw pull down and then out.

STEP #2
Remove the top shell. Do that by grabbing the cluster of legs and grab the end of the top shell with the other hand and pull up to separate.

STEP #3
Use your fingers to clean the inside - middle of the crab.

STEP #4
Remove the entire mouth section by using your thumb and pull it down and away.

STEP #5
Remove the gills by using your thumb and scraping away the gills on both sides and discard do not eat the gills.

STEP #6
Remove the apron on the crab. It’s located under the crab.

STEP #7
Breaking the crab in two pieces is very easy. Take The crab in your hands and snap it in two by using your thumbs. Push it in like your going to fold it then go the other direction to break in two.

STEP #8
Grab One half crab and insert the legs first under the hinged plate. Push the crab under the plate till its even with the edge of the hinged plate.

STEP #9
Remove all appendages including fingers from under hinged plate then pull handle down compressing the crab meat out.

STEP #10
Use a nut cracker or butter knife to break claws and remove meat.

STEP #11
Once completed repeat process until your full.

WARNING!

Remove all appendages including fingers and hands from between the top arched compression plate and the bottom arched support plate prior to moving the roller upon the top arched compression plate to compress out the crab meat. Failure to remove fingers and hands from between the top arched compression plate and the bottom arched support plate could result in serious injury. Important!!! All extracted crab meat must be further examined for any crab shell remnants and must be removed prior to consuming the extracted crab meat.
